Have you ever tried a Parsnip? These tasty vegetables have a similar look and texture to carrots but are actually much sweeter.

Throw them in stir-fries or steam them in a pot their sweetness makes parsnips the perfect way to ensure fussy eaters are getting their recommended daily intake of vegetables.

For a real delight be sure to roast them in the oven with a little oil and salt yum!
